板式換熱器在制冷技術中的應用與發展

  板式換(huan)(huan)熱器是一種***、緊(jin)湊(cou)的(de)換(huan)(huan)熱設備(bei),19世紀(ji)(ji)80年代(dai)首先(xian)作(zuo)為連續(xu)低(di)溫(wen)殺(sha)菌器研制成功,到上(shang)世紀(ji)(ji)20年代(dai)開始(shi)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)食(shi)品工(gong)(gong)業。由(you)于(yu)(yu)板式換(huan)(huan)熱器在制造和使用(yong)(yong)上(shang)都(dou)有(you)一些獨(du)特之處。因此,目前板式換(huan)(huan)熱器已經廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)石(shi)油、化工(gong)(gong)、輕工(gong)(gong)、電力、冶金(jin)、機械、能(neng)源等(deng)工(gong)(gong)業領(ling)域(yu),成為換(huan)(huan)熱器家族中***競爭(zheng)力的(de)品種。我國是從上(shang)世紀(ji)(ji)60年代(dai)開始(shi)生(sheng)產板式換(huan)(huan)熱器,至今板式換(huan)(huan)熱器在我國很多領(l仙诚ing)域(yu)都(dou)得到廣(guang)说贝泛(fan)的(de)應用(yong)(yong)。


  在(zai)(zai)(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)技(ji)術中,換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)不可缺少(shao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)設(she)備,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、回熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)以(yi)及(ji)中間冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)等換(huan)(huan)熱(re)設(she)備,不僅在(zai)(zai)(zai)重量(liang)(liang)(liang)、體(ti)(ti)積(ji)和(he)(he)金屬耗(hao)量(liang)(liang)(liang)上(shang)占整(zheng)個制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)裝置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)50%以(yi)上(shang),而(er)(er)且(qie)對制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)性能(neng)也會產生重大(da)影響。因此強(qiang)化制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi勤讽)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳熱(re),減少(shao)重量(liang)(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)體(ti)(ti)積(ji),降低(di)金屬消耗(hao)量(liang)(liang)(liang)一直是(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)技(ji)術中的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)方(fang)向,現(xian)已出現(xian)了(le)一種新型的(de)(de)(de)(de)、全焊接式(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)技(ji)術中的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)(yong),并且(qie)表現(xian)出強(qiang)勁的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)潛(qian)力。與制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)用(yong)(yong)殼程(cheng)(cheng)管式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)相比,除了(le)具(ju)有板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一般(ban)特(te)點,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)用(yong)(yong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)還(huan)具(ju)有如下(xia)特(te)點。制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)充(chong)灌量(liang)(liang)(liang)小,有利于(yu)環境(jing)保護和(he)(he)降低(di)運(yun)行成(cheng)本殼管式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)殼側(ce)(ce)和(he)(he)管側(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)容積(ji)都(dou)很大(da),要(yao)使制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)正常工作(zuo),必須(xu)充(chong)灌大(da)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji),而(er)(er)且(qie)還(huan)可能(neng)造成(cheng)環境(jing)污(wu)染。而(er)(er)板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一方(fang)面體(ti)(ti)積(ji)小,另一方(fang)面間距(ju)尺寸也小。凍結(jie)傾向少(shao),抗凍性能(neng)高(gao)由于(yu)水在(zai)(zai)(zai)低(di)流(liu)速時,就能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中形成(cheng)高(gao)度紊流(liu),溫度分布非常均勻,從而(er)(er)減少(shao)了(le)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水的(de)(de)(de)(de)凍結(jie)傾向。即(ji)使發(fa)(fa)生了(le)凍結(jie),也更能(neng)承受凍結(jie)所產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓力,而(er)(er)不像殼管式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)那樣容易使熱(re)管脹(zhang)裂(lie),并且(qie)可以(yi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)結(jie)凍后繼續使用(yong)(yong)。蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)徹(che)底,經濟性高(gao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)時,很容易實現(xian)完(wan)全蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)達(da)到無液(ye)態程(cheng)(cheng)度,因此在(zai)(zai)(zai)大(da)多數(shu)情況(kuang)下(xia),制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)無須(xu)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)氣液(ye)分離器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。并且(qie)極易實現(xian)單元(yuan)化,安裝簡單方(fang)便,維護和(he)(he)運(yun)輸(shu)都(dou)可以(yi)節約費(fei)用(yong)(yong),降低(di)成(cheng)本。
